Prof. B.L. Maheshwari :  67 years, B.Sc., B.E., M.S.            He started his career with BITS, Pilani(India) and was Professor and Dean before shifting to Government Engineering College Surat(India) as Principal & Secretary. He then served Birla Consultancy, Banglore as General Manager and Grasim, Nagda  as  Project Incharge .
He is the person providing strong technical support to IFF since 1980, with a vast engineering background of over 45 years. He has published 15 papers in Journals teaching research & technical services.

Managing Director

Mr. Pradeep Maheshwari, 42 years, M.B.A. (BITS Pilani)
A born Enterpreneur, he begin his career as a Management Trainee with Mysore Cement and started his own Business within a year. He has traveled world wide to study technology for manufacturing of filter bags. He provides vision & mission to IFF for future.
