Filter Bags & Sleeves

PULSE JET FILTER BAGS :
IFF manufactures pulse jet, plennum pulse filter bags quickly & efficiently utilizing high speed equipment. Our bags are sewn with a unique 3 - needle chain stitch to insure seam integrity. Whatever pulse  jet collector you have, IFF can supply your needs. We make bags using all filter media made from various fibers.

HIGH TEMP FILTER BAGS :
If your collector gas stream is 190 to 550 degrees C or more, our engineers can select the correct high temperature media that is compatible with almost any gas stream. We have bags that function in high heat in combination with strong acidic or alkaline mixtures. We have filters that can operate in excess of 550 degrees C. Available medias with us are Nomex, Ryton, Teflon, P-84, Huyglas along with exotic ceramics. Whether it's a replacement order or a new application, IFF has the knowledge to put it to work for you.

ANTI-STATIC  BAGS :
IFF can provide various ways to correct static build -up in your baghouse. Anti- static felts wire insertion/ epitropic grounding wires of stainless steel can also be provided on your filter bags.

ENVELOP FILTER BAGS :
IFF can provide a wide selection of Envelope style filters. We can provide complete drop-in units as well as cost saving media pockets where the old bag hardware can be reused.

SHAKER BAGS :
We provide a wide variety of filter bags for use in shaker type collectors. We manufacture bags from woven, shakerfelt medias. We fabricate various types of top attachments to work with the shaker mechanism you have, whether its loop, hanger, strap, gromet or anything else. We can also supply clamps for the standard cuff bottoms.

FIBERGLASS FILTER BAGS :
If your collector uses fiberglass filter bags, you know how important the proper construction of those bags are to the life & performance of the bags. IFF has the experience, knowledge & equipment to produce a high quality fiberglass bag that you can install into your collector with confidence. Our high - tech fabrication equipment is the standard of the industry. It Produces straight bags sewn under tension, the same way they hang in the baghouse. No banana effect & minimum manual handling product quality & add to its life. 

PTFE MEMBRANE LAMINATED FILTER BAGS
We offer PTFE membrane laminated filter bags to counter the disadvantages of conventional "depth filtration" media. In conventional media the felt fabrics act as a media for the built up of a dust cake, which in turn captures even more & finer particles of dust. The filters are cleaned continuously to remove some of the dust cake & then begin the process all over again.
