Technical training for bag house
operation & maintainance
We conduct on-site training programme for plant engineers in operation &
maintainance of bag filter unit. The programme is designed to impart basic training
in bag house operation. It covers theory of operation, starting & shut down
procedures, good operational practices, preventive & breakdown maintainance. We also
familiarise the maintainance crew with the current practises in operation &
maintainance in the developed economies & the latest innovations.
Annual Maintainance Contract for Pulse
Jet & Reverse Air Bag House
We under take annual maintainance contract for all kinds of bag filter units (Shaker,
Pulse Jet & Reverse Air bag house). We do application engineering identification of
faulty parts (repairable & non-repairable), supply of parts, supervision of erection
& commissioning, troubleshooting & technical training to plant personnel. The
most suitable bags are suggested for
the particular application after through study of process & equipement parameters
& the data on plant systems. We take full responsibility of the successful plant
operation on annual basis & the contracts are signed for a period of one year or more.
Bag Failure cause analysis
We carry out filter bag failure cause analysis at our fully equipped test laboratory.
Our experts can precisely tell you the cause of failure of bags & suggest the remedial
actions.
