VENTURIES
Venturies add to the cleaning efficiency of pulse-jet baghouses. IFF offers a wide variety of styles & sizes for both top & bottom removal cages. We can supply either spun or cast venturies manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or cast iron.

WIRE CAGES
IFF manufactures replacement cages for almost every pulse type collector on the market. We fabricate both carbon steel & galvanized cages, as well as epoxy coated in 8 to 24 vertical wire arrangements. The high speed welding line allows quick turn around on your order. We provide various top hardware to fit your top or bottom removal collectors.

METAL CAPS
Replacement caps for reverse-air baghouses are available from IFF.We carry various sizes from 5" diameter through 12" diameter in both 16 & 20 gauge carbon steel. Eye bolt configurations can be made opened or closed to match your bag hanging hardware. We can also supply stainless steel & galvanized caps for areas where corrosion is present. 

BAG TENSIONING TOOL
Correctly tensioned filter bags last longer & operate more efficiently. IFF Bag Tensioner was developed to install bags that utilize tension cap assemblies. The bag tensioner will allow one man to consistently set the tension on an entire baghouse at a tremendous labor savings. 

SCREW CLAMPS & HANGERS
If you have a baghouse that requires clamps for attachment of the bags, you can appreciate the effort it takes to change those bags out. With IFF Snap - Lock clamps, installation time is reduced considerably over that of traditional worm gear clamps.
